Code Lab Manager is a platform for creating, managing, and publishing interactive coding tutorials ("Codelabs"). The Service allows authors to import content from Google Docs or Markdown files, generate web-based tutorials, and manage their distribution.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or import into the Service. By publishing content through the Service, you grant Code Lab Manager a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your published content as necessary to operate the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

6. Google API Services
The Service integrates with Google APIs (including Google Drive) to import content. Your use of Google APIs through this Service is subject to Google's API Services Terms of Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Lab Manager and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
